Is this halal?

We ask the manufacturer for the halal certificate of the batch we receive, and we publish it on the product page once we hold it. Where we do not hold it yet we say so on the page rather than claim it, so you can decide for yourself.

When will it arrive, and what if I change my mind?

We dispatch UK orders on working days and email you the tracking as soon as it leaves. If you change your mind, sealed packs can be sent back within 14 days, and our 90-day money-back guarantee covers you after that. The returns page has the details.

How long before I notice anything?

Two to four weeks is a fair trial for most supplements. Judge it over that period rather than day to day.

Can I take this alongside other supplements or medicines?

We are not able to advise on your own situation. If you take prescribed medicine, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your GP or pharmacist before you start.
